Lovely summit with friendly Goats, worth 8 points
This was a straightforward and well marked route up from where I left the car, following the route marked in green on SOTL.as.
There were a few cattle on the route up to which I gave a wide berth, but they ignored me, I was a little concerned as I have had a couple of challenges from cows in the UK, but the mountain cattle in Sardinia wear neck bells so you can hear where they are!
Plenty of flat space on the summit. Goats were keen to retain the shade of the building there so I set my pole up on a convenient post and the inverted V antenna was fully deployed.
I had 25 QSOs on 20m then one Summit 2 Summit on 40m with IN3JIB/ISO who had been in touch when he realised we would be in the island at the same time. Julian was on IS-120
